Welcome to the Binative, services provided by Trifan Universe LLC (“Company“). These terms and conditions (“Terms“) govern your use of our services, which include but are not limited to the mouth posture training program for achieving native-like level of English pronunciation (“Program“). Our address is 2028 E Ben White Blvd #240-8120, Austin TX 78741. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

Subscription plans and payments

We offer several subscription plans. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel auto-renewal through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support service.

Cancellation and refunds

If you are not satisfied with our Service during your first month of subscription, you may cancel your subscription and request a full refund of the amount paid for that month. You must submit your cancellation and refund request within 30 days of your subscription start date, clearly indicating your dissatisfaction with our Service.

For cancellations after the first month, please note that you must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months, unused lessons, or unused periods in an annual subscription.

Program Overview

Our program is unlike any conventional or traditional approach that brings only cosmetic improvements. We are approaching the problem from the backdoor which lets our clients fundamentally transform their accents in the English language. Our exercises are engineered based on recent science and are specifically designed to develop the strength and endurance of the mouth muscles for our clients to sound native-like in English.

Upon graduation or a few weeks later provided they practiced, the results will be very impressive and native English speakers might mistake our clients for being born in an anglo-speaking country. We want our clients to keep working on their pronunciation going forward if they want to sound exactly like a native.

Our program is not suitable for individuals with severe voice strain, untreated muscle tension dysphonia, severe tongue tie, and people with vision, hearing, intellectual, and any other kind of disabilities that would make it impossible to work on their pronunciation remotely over the internet. Clients must be fluent enough in English to express their thoughts freely either verbally or in writing. Thus our clients must be intermediate or above English proficiency level.

User responsobilities

As a user, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information about yourself when registering for our Service and maintain and promptly update this information. You also agree to use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial use, and not to share your account and login information with others.

All content and materials provided through the Service, including but not limited to lesson materials and content, are the intellectual property of the Company. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used in any way without the express written permission of the Company.

Limitation and liability

The Company is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will always post the most current version on our website. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Governing laws

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
